Right now I am being stretched visiting my relatives after not seeing them for years. No matter how wonderful they are, there are still times my button’s are pushed. It stretches my integrity and my sovereignty.

One of the best ways I’ve found to keep coming back to connecting with them and myself is through healthy boundaries. And my favorite ways is through a technique called the Armadillo Technique which, I’ll guide you through in three simple steps.
